When you sit back and observe people, whether it is at work, at the grocery store, or a group event; you can’t help but notice all the people constantly checking their mobile devices.2015 Social Media


It’s often one of the first thing we do in the morning and the last we do before bedtime. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, and on and on…

No joke, there are now apps to manage all your apps.

Admittedly I too am a repeat offender; posting and checking my personal and professional social media profiles. But when, or where, is the tipping point? How much is too much?

I’m interested to hear your approach to leveraging social media and all its apps. Please tell us how you control them rather than be controlled by them.
